Free online pandemic behaviour and mental health support

Helping parents (and others) survive lockdown

With the lockdown in the UK look set to continue for several more months, millions of parents are starting to feel the strain. Stress, anxiety, worry, low-mood and verbal conflict are being reported and many are struggling with maintaining boundaries, structure and expectations. Children are repeatedly interrupting work conversations, pushing boundaries, answering back, having meltdowns or tantrums.

Here at the Kid Calmer, we have put together a package of free support to help parents, teachers, social workers and carers to:

  1. help parents feel more confident and less stressed about children’s behaviour and mental health during the pandemic;
  2. reduce the likelihood of family breakdown;
  3. reduce the long-term mental health impact on children;
  4. reduce the likelihood of mental trauma as a result of the pandemic.

This free support is only funded for the next few weeks, please help to ensure it continues by supporting our Crowdfunder:
